CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. All Deposits go towards the total cost of service. Deposits may be transferred one time with a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made without 24-hour notice will forfeit the deposit. Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. Late fees may apply depending on the service booked. Appointments over 15 minutes late will be canceled. Appointments not confirmed by the morning of the appointment are subject to cancellation if we are unable to reach you for confirmation. No-call/no-show clients will be banned from future booking.
